Prospective Teacher

The Preschool promotes the hiring of qualified individuals without regard to race, color, sex, age or national origin provided they meet the requirements of the job established by the Preschool.

Our staff is qualified through education and experience to guide children with love, patience and understanding. They are members of the Orange County of Association for the Education of Young Children and must attend in-service workshops. Everyone on staff must be first aid and CPR certified.

All staff in teaching positions must have, or are working towards, a Preschool Certificate issued either through an accredited college or through the North Orange County Community District. Any other qualifications required by the California Department of Social Services must also be met.

If you are interested in joining our Messiah Preschool Team, you must have at least 6 ECE units to apply for the Assistant Teacher position and 12 ECE units in order to work in the classroom as a teacher.
