Caring Hands Kitchen

Messiah Lutheran has committed to staffing the Caring Hands Kitchen in Fullerton on the second Tuesday of each month. This hot meal program, sponsored by First Lutheran Church, feeds nearly 100 people each Tuesday night in their church dining room. This important ministry allows us to open our hearts and to care for the hungry and homeless right in our own community.

For Messiah’s night at the kitchen, we will need a team of 8–10 volunteers from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm to cook a preplanned meal, serve, and cleanup. The menu, groceries, and instructions will be provided for you. This is a great opportunity for individuals, organizations, or families to give back to those in need.
