Open to all levels of experience. This class pairs movement with breath to help strengthen your body, clear your mind, and unwind from the stress of your day. The class will be taught by Alissa Rogers, a Registered Yoga Instructor. The class will meet via Zoom on Wednesdays in September at 7pm.
