5pm Blue Earth Band Benefit Concert

Come see Pastor Jay and his band, Blue Earth perform at Messiah on Sunday, January 12 at 5pm. The concert is free, but donations will benefit Caring Hands Food Pantry.
Two pastors and an English professor walked into a church. This isn’t a joke. Between them, they carried 4 guitars, a banjo, and 22 harmonicas. After over 30 years apart, The Blue Earth Band (Pastors Jay Egenes and Tim Larson, and English prof Tim Gustafson) reunited to play the acoustic folk, country, bluegrass, and blues music, all with shimmering harmonies, they grew up with and played together in the 70s and 80s, along with the music they’ve created over the years.
