4pm Grief Support Group
Every Thursday, from 04/09/2026 to 05/14/2026, 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM
Grieving is a normal and natural process; but often, it's difficult to know how to heal after experiencing the devastating loss of a loved one. This group, led by Erin Ramachandran, with Turning Point Counseling, will provide a safe and supportive community for your grief. Learn insights into the grief myths, support one another to not feel alone, and learn different ways to process grief and next steps for your journey.
Please note: This is not a drop-in group, rather a support group that will form from supporting one another. It is recommended to attend all six weeks.
The group is free and meets on Thursdays for six weeks, in the Life Center, Room 117.
