Audio Visual Team
Help operate the sound and video for worship services. No experience needed. We will train you.
Brownie Brigade
The Brownie Brigade bakes and delivers fresh brownies to local first time guests. This is a delicious ministry to be involved with and it's something families can do together.
Choir
The choir is open to all who love to raise their voices in worship. The choir meets weekly (Fall through Spring), Thursdays at 7:00 pm to rehearse for singing each Sunday at the 8:00 am worship service. Come one. Come all.
Coffee and Donut Hospitality Team
The Sunday Hospitality Team serves freshly brewed coffee and delightfully delicious donuts after each worship service. Serve as often as you like. Serve as a family, a couple or be teamed up with a buddy.
Communion Servers
Help serve the elements of communion, bread and wine, for worship services. Training is provided.
Helping Hands Meal Delivery
The Helping Hands team is ready for those who need meals delivered after a stay at the hospital or in light of a special situation. They also provide food for memorial services at Messiah. Even for those who don't cook, you can pick up a meal to go. This is a wonderful way to help others in need.
Messiah Kids
There are many ways to get involved with the Children's Ministry. If you love kids, we want to speak with you about a possible role working with our precious little ones.
Prayer Chain
We can't stress the importance of this ministry enough. Prayer is an integral part of our daily lives. Those who are strong in their commitment to prayer are needed on the Messiah e-prayer team. As prayers are requested, you will be notified by email. Also, as you receive the Messiah Today publication each week, notice there are many prayer requests listed.
Sanctuary Environment Team
S.E.T. coordinates the altar paraments with the church calendar and sets out communion for all services. If you enjoy serving behind the scenes, this is a wonderful team to join.
Special Events Team
Do you enjoy planning parties? Messiah is host to several special events, small and large throughout the year. Help coordinate and plan with your best hospitality foot forward. This is a wonderful way to meet others and outstretch the hands of Christ into our community. Join the team and be part of the fun and fellowship.
Ushers/Greeters
Ushers/Greeters welcome all who come into the Worship Center with a smile and a Messiah Today weekly bulletin. The Usher team is the back bone to helping Worship run smoothly. All are welcome to explore this incredibly important ministry.
