Rise Against Hunger
Messiah raised over $7,500 during Lent and Easter to support Rise Against Hunger, an international hunger relief organization that distributes food to the world's most vulnerable. 130 volunteers gathered in the Life Center on Saturday, April 21 to pack meals between 9-11am. We packed over 25,000 nutritiously sound meals. Every dehydrated rice/soy meal is fortified with 21 essential vitamins and nutrients.
